Patient “least likely to have cosmetic surgery” is thrilled with her resultsJanuary 31st, 2010
If Suzanne’s friends and family were to vote someone “least likely to have cosmetic surgery,” she would have been the winner. Never much into primping or giving attention to her appearance, one day Suzanne hit a turning point.
“I would have to say that there comes a moment when you catch a glance of yourself in the mirror and think, who is that old woman?,” she states as she recalls her father affectionately calling her mother “the lion” because of her wrinkles and loose skin.
Ready to make her appearance match her energetic, athletic lifestyle, Suzanne began consulting with physicians. “Prior to going through the process, I was meeting a group of women friends for lunch when coincidentally, they were talking about plastic surgery!” One of Suzanne’s friends who had also gone through many consultations was raving about La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Centre’s Dr. Johan Brahme.
Suzanne was immediately drawn to Dr. Brahme’s signature colorful eyeglasses, love of music, and confident style, which made her decision to switch surgeons that day very easy.
After visiting with Suzanne, Dr. Brahme suggested a facelift and neck lift, removing excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelid lift, a brow lift, and Artefill, a long-lasting filler for the deep lines around her nose and mouth.
Suzanne is thrilled with what she sees now when looking in the mirror. Looking back at the lunch that changed her entire course of surgery, Suzanne now tells her friends “there’s no reason to look any further. Without a doubt go to Dr. Brahme at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Centre.”
