 The Vbeam Difference

Compared to other vascular lasers, the Vbeam offers a more powerful and effective treatment option. It uses a new micropulse technology that maximizes the power and efficacy of treatment while minimizing bruising and side effects, resulting in more energy to the target tissue without harming the surrounding skin. This also makes treatment gentler and provides more uniform coverage.

With less bruising and a shorter treatment series, you can see results sooner and experience fewer side effects. The Vbeam Perfecta is a great option for reducing the appearance of:

  • Rosacea
  • Red pigmented lesions
  • Broken capillaries and veins
  • Port-wine stain birth marks
  • Scars

Your Vbeam Treatment at LJC

Prior to your laser treatment, you should avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning of treatment areas.

After your treatment, you may experience slight swelling and sensitivity in the treated area. Although reduced, you may see some bruising for the first few days. To reduce discomfort and promote healing, you can apply ice, moisturizer, or topical antibiotic cream, but you should refrain from using abrasive skincare products. Continue to avoid sun exposure throughout your treatment series to ensure proper healing and successful results.

Enjoy pain-free VBeam laser treatments with add-on option PRO-NOX™

Every patient deserves a comfortable experience, so we now offer an add-on option to use PRO-NOX™ self-administered nitrous oxide (laughing gas) during laser treatments. If at any point you feel you need something to take the edge off, simply breathe through the PRO-NOX™ mouthpiece for instant relief from pain and anxiety.

Unlike oral pain medication, PRO-NOX™ takes effect in seconds, but these effects wear off minutes after your treatment, leaving no trace of the chemical in your body. You can safely drive and return to your normal routine without worrying about side effects.

Ask us about adding PRO-NOX™ to your treatment at your consultation, or contact us for more information!
