We asked Lauren to share some fun facts about herself:

Describe your ideal day off. As busy as I am, any day off is ideal. I enjoy a day of golf with my Dad and lunch and shopping with my Mom. Del Mar Beach, a Torrey Pines hike, a casual dinner spot and time with my boyfriend Hunter are also tops on my list.

What was your first job ever? My first job was a fashion coordinator at Ralph Lauren. It was actually a fun place to work and the employee discounts were great!

Do you have a favorite sports team? I’m a long suffering Buffalo Bills fan and a proud fan of Stanford football. The excitement of a Saturday game at Stanford Stadium in beautiful Palo Alto can’t be beat.

Name one food you could never give up. Anything Italian. Growing up in an Italian family, pastas, breads, and homemade pizzas were staples. I love it all. Good thing I like to run!

Do you have any pets? I have a 100 lb. golden retriever named Riley. I mean it… he really is 100 lbs. He’s like living with a polar bear. Tons of fun!
