With two decades at LJCSC, Brittney has grown alongside the practice, shaping what the 5-star patient experience looks and feels like. As Patient Experience Manager, she works behind the scenes to keep every detail running smoothly—whether that means supporting surgeons and nurses, coordinating logistics, or making sure patients feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

What Brittney loves most about her role is knowing her work translates into peace of mind for patients. While she isn’t at the bedside, she’s part of every win, helping create a calm, seamless environment so our surgeons can focus on life-changing care. For her, it’s all about teamwork, efficiency, and always keeping the patient at the heart of the process.

When she’s not keeping things humming at LJCSC, Brittney can usually be found exploring San Diego with her two favorite guys: her husband and son. If she had a month all to herself, she’d pack up the car and set off on the great American road trip, making memories along the way.

If Brittney weren’t a project manager, she’d probably be an event planner (because she can’t resist organizing experiences), or working in medical leadership, where her love for people and processes would still shine.

Brittney says she “grew up” at LJCSC, learning directly from the practice’s leadership and mentors—proof that her heart and expertise are deeply woven into the culture of our team.
