Juliana, Medical Assistant

Juliana’s love for plastic surgery really shines through in everything she does. She’s all about helping you feel confident and comfortable. Her background in urgent care means she has experience in a bit of everything—so with her, you’re in great hands.

Education and Training

Juliana earned her B.S. in biology from CSU San Marcos and her medical assistant certificate from San Joaquin Valley College. Even while she was in school, Juliana was already gaining hands-on experience. On the days she didn’t have class, she worked as a medical assistant in family medicine, pediatrics, OBGYN, and her personal favorite, plastic surgery.

Outside of Work

If Juliana weren’t working in aesthetics, she’d probably be back in school working toward her master’s in physician assistant studies. But for now, she loves every minute of the time she spends helping people look and feel their best at LJCSC. 

When she’s not at the office, Juliana enjoys the best of San Diego: sipping coffee at a local café, strolling the beach, or browsing a cute shopping center. If she had a month all to herself, she’d start each day at a cozy coffee shop, wander through some fun boutiques, and end the day curled up with a good romance novel. 

Fun fact: At work and in formal settings, she goes by Juliana, but friends and family know her as Julie.
