Michelle brings a wealth of experience and calm expertise to our operating room. Her mix of professionalism, warmth, and humor makes patients feel at ease and confident from the moment they step into the OR.
A San Diego native, she earned her BSN from San Diego State in 2015 and spent six years in the Emergency Room and Urgent Care, mastering how to stay composed under pressure while providing compassionate care. In 2022, she joined La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Centre as a PACU nurse and quickly cross-trained in the Operating Room, where she continues to support patients through every step of their surgical journey.
When she’s not in scrubs, Michelle can be found behind the wheel as her daughters’ personal Uber driver, coaching high school athletes on the softball field, or soaking up the sun on a beach in Hawaii (and daydreaming about moving there). She loves traveling with her husband and girls, listening to country music and The Eagles, and can surprisingly crush it at frisbee!
If she weren’t a nurse, Michelle imagines herself breaking the sound barrier as a fighter pilot or perfecting the perfect coffee pour at 30,000 feet as a flight attendant.
