Lauren, Skinny Shot Patient Care Coordinator

Lauren is our Weight Loss Coordinator for our Signature Skinny Shot program.  

In 2023, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington State University, and then became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to bring her expertise to the medical field. Now, she’s using this combo of psychology and healthcare knowledge to help people on their weight loss journeys. 

Lauren’s infectious positivity that brightens everyone’s day combined with her personal experience losing weight allows her to support you every step of the way and make you feel comfortable and confident as you reach your goals. 

Lauren’s a fantastic listener – she’s all about building relationships and really understanding your story. That’s why she’s the perfect partner to help you feel amazing in your own skin. 

Fun fact: at one point, Lauren had 3 jobs at once (retail, nanny, and a winery)! This expert multitasker brings authenticity, optimism, and genuine care to every patient she helps at LJCSC.
