Share the Signature Skinny Shot with a friend, and you’ll both be rewarded.

Step 1: Share the Offer
Open the Model Rewards app, find the Give $100, Get $100 offer, and tap Share Offer to send it to a friend. When they book, they just need to mention your name so we know you sent them.

Step 2: Your Friend Gets 100 Points
When your friend pays for their first month of medication, our Skinny Shot Coordinator, Lauren, will add 100 points ($100 value) to their Model Rewards account.

Step 3: You Get 100 Points, Too!
At the same time, Lauren will add 100 points ($100 value) to your Model Rewards account as our thank-you for the referral.

How to Use Your Points
You can use your points toward products and services at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Centre. Points may cover up to 50% of the price of any item. For example, on a $47 skincare product, you could use up to $23.50 in points. The more friends you refer, the more points you earn!

Like everything in life…there’s some fine print. This offer is for patients who are new to the Signature Skinny Shot program. Both the referring patient and the new patient must be enrolled in Model Rewards to receive points. The new patient must mention the referring patient’s name at the time of booking. Points are added to both accounts when the new patient pays for their first month of medication. Points may be used for up to 50% of the price of any product or service. Model Rewards points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Cannot be combined with any other specials.
