April Linden

"What are you doing today to achieve your goals?"

April helps facilitate an extraordinary and unique experience for med spa patients by providing staff with tools, training, and coaching to be the best they can be.

April has been motivating and inspiring medical practices for more than 20 years and has been a member of the LJC team for close to 2. Her background is a combination of retail sales with an advertising degree. During her consulting days, she trained and consulted with more than 500 medical practices in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and Australia. 

“I am obsessed with helping teams be the best that they can be. It is so rewarding to watch the growth of individuals when they are given the tools and believe in themselves.”

She enjoys speaking at national conventions and sharing stories of success. She shares a patent for the development of the first survey platform to repurpose satisfaction feedback as ratings and reviews.  

When April was a little girl (13 to be exact), she was awarded the Young Columbus award and won an all-expense-paid trip to England and Scotland.

Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with family, hanging out with her puppy Bailey, and enjoying sweets. If there is a gourmet bakery, ice cream shop, or candy store, she is probably wandering through it. She also enjoys photography and crafting. 

If she had a month totally to herself, she would travel the world. Her bucket list includes Bali, Thailand, and Africa.
