Kim’s favorite part of being a plastic surgery patient coordinator is connecting with people and hearing their stories. In addition, she loves helping patients reach their goals and gaining newfound confidence. 

Even if Kim were not a patient coordinator, she would still be doing something in healthcare. She loves the field and would return to school to be an aesthetic nurse if she had more working years ahead.

Like many San Diegans, Kim is happiest at the beach. You can find her roaming around on the beach when she’s not gracing our surgery center with her positivity and care. If she had a month to herself, she’d visit somewhere tropical and take in the local life.

Kim has been in the medical field, working for various facilities in San Diego since 1998, with her first position being a medical transcriptionist. She has a well-rounded experience in medicine as she has worked within a wide variety of specialties, from orthopedics to urology and ophthalmology, and now in cosmetic surgery!

Though she’s worked within many facets of medicine, being in cosmetic surgery here at LJC brings Kim happiness. The joy she sees in patients’ faces when they find out our surgeons have given them their dream results brings her fulfillment.
