Lori H. Saltz, M.D., is a highly experienced board-certified plastic surgeon in San Diego with a large following of very satisfied breast and body contouring patients.
Dr. Saltz also brings the perspective of a female plastic surgeon. Skilled in many areas of plastic surgery, she has the largest cosmetic breast surgery practice at the Centre, having completed over 3,000 breast surgery cases since she joined LJC in 1990. Her practice has grown over the years because her patients refer their friends and family and return themselves for “maintenance.”
The word I live by is balance. It’s important at every level—personal, professional, and global. I strive to balance your wishes with what’s possible. Then I help you balance what’s possible with your budget. Ultimately, I want to help you feel balanced inside and out. The results I like best look natural and harmonious, not overdone.Dr. Lori Saltz
Dr. Saltz comes from an accomplished family of physicians. Her father and brother are both surgeons in Portland, Oregon, specializing in diseases of the ear, nose, and throat. Her mother is a professional designer and seamstress. Learning the complexity and beauty of sewing from her mother and grandmother helped her in later years to win local and national recognition for French hand sewing. Dr. Saltz brings the same intensity and attention to detail to her work in the operating room. She is a true perfectionist and is not satisfied until it looks exactly right.
