How do I schedule a virtual consultation?

The best way to book your virtual consultation is by using our contact form or texting the office at (858) 452-1981. You can contact us day or night, and our team will get back to you first thing. Once we connect, your patient coordinator will guide you through the consultation process and let you know what to expect from your treatment journey. Your patient coordinator will also help you fill out new patient intake forms via our secure online portal.

What prep do I need to do before my appointment?

We use a HIPAA-approved version of Zoom to host our virtual consultations, so you can be sure that your information remains private. When getting ready for your appointment, try to find a quiet, well-lit room where you won’t be interrupted. Use a device with a larger screen, such as a laptop or tablet, so it’s easier to talk with your provider. If your consultation is for a body procedure such as a breast augmentation or a tummy tuck, it’s best to wear a robe during the exam.

What is covered during a consultation?

You have a couple of virtual consultation options. You can opt for a simple meet-and-greet to get to know your surgeon or medical spa provider. Or you can choose a more comprehensive virtual consultation.

Like an in-person consultation, a comprehensive virtual consultation is part get-to-know-you session and part exam. Tell us about yourself and your beauty goals, and after a virtual physical exam, we’ll talk about your treatment options. If you have any lingering questions or concerns about your treatment, our staff is always happy to provide answers.

What’s my next step after my private appointment?

After your consultation, your coordinator will send you a financial breakdown of your potential treatments. We’ll stay with you every step of the way and discuss possible financing options if needed. Next we’ll schedule you for an in-house physical examination for a later date.
