Comment: Dr. Saltz performed my first breast aug 15 years ago and I wanted her to do this one as well. She is very professional and sensitive to my requests and I really like that. I know her staff is available should I have any questions about the procedure before or after surgery. I especially was surprised to receive a book with all the information about before and after surgery…that was a big help knowing what to expect even though this was my second time. The medication prescribed was exactly what I needed and used…alot has changed in 15 years and I must say I was very happy with the results of my breast aug and with the staff.

I’ve had no trouble getting appointments around my schedule, so I didn’t need to miss more work than I wanted to. Dr. Saltz did amazing work. I was shocked when I saw my before pictures. Overall the team is wonderful and I’d feel completely confident referring friends and family without hesitation.

Comment: The second time I went for a visit, the ladies at the front counter knew my name! And I was just walking in! That is very personable and is very warming. I was actually very surprised. The nurses have also had certain procedures done and it makes it more comfortable to talk to them about it because some of them have gone through the procedure themselves and they can personalize it. Dr. Saltz is amazing, so knowledgeable and understandable. This was just a very amazing place to go!

Comment: The nursing staff followed up a lot after the surgery to ensure I was doing well and made me feel like they really cared about me. I felt I could call at any time and speak with the person I was looking for without leaving a message. Everyone anticipated my needs extremely well and Dr. Roark has a great bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable even when you are standing there with no cloths on.

Comment: Even though the nurses and doctors go through many surgery’s everyday they still know how to talk to you as if you are their first paitent and they know how to make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff just makes simple conversation with you and it makes you forget how nervous you are. they are very comforting

Comment: The Office responds to questions, appointment needs and prescription requests in timely and courteous fashion. There is little to no shuffling from one office person to another to get answers to problems or worries. The MD is very good about keeping appts. on time or close to the exact appt.time, all important considerations especially to a person on a work schedule.

Comment: I had brought my 7yr old daughter with me to my consultation, which I figured wasn’t very common for breast aug. appt. But the receptionist was so great and greeted my daughter first. Then when we were in the exam room the nurse had made a game out of the implant “”displays”" and played with her, it was cute. Then of course Dr. Brahme was great at making feel comfortable. I hate having my shirt off because of the way my breasts look, even with Drs. So I just want to say thank you to all the staff. And I cant wait to get my surgery done.

Comment: Initially, when considering cosmetic surgery, my hair stylist recommended LJCSC. From my first contact, I have been met with warmth and friendliness from LJCSC. Dr. Olleson performed my first surgeries. I was bit nervous about it all, yet he truly understood my fears, yet-that desire to bring my outside a closer match match to the energy level on the inside. For some reason, I just feel so much younger than my chronological age.
Now that Dr. Olesson has retired, it is wonderful to have met Dr. G. and learn of his equally amazing expertise-and his deep understanding of how some of us girls, struggle a little with aging– how to slow it–even look better than we did years ago!

Comment: I’m not sure what makes Dr. Brahme so good at rhinoplasty. He’s just good. My nose just looks like it was born on my face. I like him because in his interaction with me he was frank, realistic, and genuine. He actually turned me down for a tummy tuck, telling me that it wasn’t worth the expense and the surgery.
I like my nose well enough that I would have been willing to deal with horrific customer service to get this same result but luckily, the entire process was a warm and comfortable one. I have already recommended Dr. Brahme and LJCSC to several people. Dr. Brahme may very well be an expert at other surgeries but he’s only performed this one surgery on me; I’m hoping that one day in the not too distant future he will also be able to perform a breast lift/augmentation on me.
I like the staff because they are patient, compassionate, and receive clientele with a sincere warmth. The office has a very pleasant atmosphere. I will go back!
